1. Yogurt & Blueberries
Whole milk yogurt and organic blueberries
1 cup organic whole milk plain yogurt with 5 blueberries
2. Simple Mills Crackers with Cheese
Rosemaiy and sea salt sun dried tomato (tastes like piua crackers) organic valley cheese (cheese sticks or block)
3. Organic Apple and Almond Butter
- 1 /2 apple cut up with 1 tbsp. of almond butter
4. Celery & Almond Butter
Organic celery and Artisana nut butter (almond, pecan Of cashew butter)
5. Plantian Chips and guacamole
Plantain chips, avocado, tomato, lemon juice (1/2 lemon), onion, sea salt, pepper (pinch) and smash up Dip and enjoy!
6. Carrots with Hummus
Organic baby carrots with Organic Hummus (Cedar Brand)
7. Salami & Cheese Roll up
Applegate Salami (Nitrate & Nitrite Free) – Organic Valley cheese sticks:
Cut small slices of cheese on to salami circle and roll up.
8. Seaweed, avocod and sprouts roll
Seaweed with smashed avocado on top add organic sprouts and roll up.
