1. Breakfast Shake

8oz. water
1 cup of ice
Whey protein Teras whey (organic grass fed)
2 scoops of Great lakes collagen powder
Amazing grass wheat grass powder
1 tsp of stevia
1/4 cup of organic mixed berries
1 cup of organic spinach
BLEND! 



Veggie Omelet

2 Eggs
1 cup of spinach
¼ cup of bell pepper
Sea salt
Pepper
Salsa and avocado on top 


2. Snack

Organic carrots or celery
Artisana almond butter 


3. Lunch
  1. Green leaf salad
  2. Avocado
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Raw beets
  5. Chix
  6. Goat cheese

Dressing; Olive oil, salt, and lemon juice 


4. Dinner
  1. Bone broth chicken soup
  2. Carrots
  3. Celery
  4. Green Onions
  5. Himalayan Pink Salt 


5. Desert

Before 8 pm
  1. Small handful of raspberries (approx 4)
  2. A small slice of Hail Merry’s almond butter chocolate tart 


6. Hydration

60 oz. of water daily (half my body weight)
